Foundation Fitness NY delivers results-driven personal training for busy long islanders who refuse to compromise on their health

solution for better body shape and healthy life

At Foundation Fitness NY, I know that no two bodies are the same—and neither should any two training programs be. Every client walks through our doors with a unique history, distinct goals, and their own starting point.

That's why I don't believe in cookie-cutter workouts or one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead, I take the time to understand your lifestyle, assess your current fitness level, and identify what you're working toward. From there, I custom-design a program built specifically for you—one that challenges you appropriately, progresses at your pace, and evolves as you grow stronger.

Whether you're training for your first 5K, recovering from an injury, or simply trying to feel better in your daily life, your program is yours alone, crafted to meet you exactly where you are and guide you to where you want to be.

our mission

At Foundation Fitness NY, I believe that lasting strength begins at the core. I'm dedicated to helping busy long islanders build sustainable fitness from the ground up—no shortcuts, no quick fixes, just smart, personalized training that fits your life.

I understand that your time is precious. That's why every session is designed to maximize results while respecting your schedule. Whether you're starting from scratch or rebuilding after a setback, I meet you where you are and construct a program tailored to your body, your goals, and your reality.

My mission is simple: to provide the expert guidance, accountability, and support you need to develop a strong foundation for lifelong health—one workout, one habit, one victory at a time.

My path to becoming a personal trainer didn’t start in a gym—it started in an operating room.

After tearing my ACL he 2nd time and going through reconstructive surgery, I thought physical therapy and pain management would get me back on my feet. But three weeks in, my insurance decided I was “perfectly fine” to return to work. Spoiler alert: I wasn’t. I was far from rehabilitated, but I couldn’t afford to continue paying out-of-pocket for therapy. When I asked my physical therapist what I should do, they gave me advice that changed everything: “Hire a personal trainer.”

So I did. And then I fired them. Because they avoided working with my injury entirely. I hired another trainer. Same story. Then a third. Still nothing—just workouts that carefully sidestepped anything involving my legs. Frustrated and desperate, I turned to YouTube. That only made things worse.

That’s when I realized: if I wanted to actually rehabilitate myself, I’d have to learn how to do it properly. I enrolled in personal training classes—not to become a trainer, but to save myself. And it worked. I got myself back to 100%.

What started as self-preservation turned into something unexpected. I began training a couple of friends just for fun, and they kept telling me I was really good at this—that I should get paid for it. So I took the leap and started my personal training journey at New York Sports Club. Then COVID hit, everything shut down, and I made another leap: opening my own studio.

Today, I hold over 13 certifications, but what drives me isn’t the credentials—it’s the experience of being dismissed, overlooked, and having to fight my way back. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and let down by the system. And I use that every single day to help my clients push through their own challenges and come out stronger on the other side.

This isn’t just a career for me—it’s personal. And that makes all the difference.
